We offer General English courses covering all five skills; reading, writing, listening, speaking and the fifth, often forgotten skill, pronunciation. The primary focus is on the students’ communicative and interactive abilities. We believe a strong focus on pronunciation can make the students more aware of not only how they communicate but also how successfully they communicate. The courses provide students the opportunity to improve and develop all areas of their English language skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
General English
The core lessons are aimed at presenting new vocabulary and language structures and then providing students the opportunity to practise and develop this language. This course is perfect for students wishing to develop ‘natural’ English as well as increasing their knowledge of the English grammar system.

The Test of Interactive English (TIE) is an international EFL exam developed in Ireland by a group of Irish English language professionals under the aegis of the Advisory Council for English Language Schools, a government agency responsible for quality assurance in English language teaching.
