Terms and Conditions

All candidates must ensure that they read the following terms and conditions of admission before they sign the application form.

  1. All courses are open to applicants aged 18 and above.
  2. Admission to a course, together with the payment of the fee/required deposit, constitutes an abiding agreement on the part of the candidate to follow the course and to pay the full tuition fees.
  3. The minimum entry requirements for each course are as set out in the school prospectus.
  4. The payment of the amount of €200 is required for the registration fee which is non refundable.
  5. Once a candidate has been accepted on a course, a full one-year tuition fee is required to obtain official documents from the school for visa application purposes.
  6. All tuition fees must be paid in full from the period of commencement of the course. At the discretion of the School Principal, students (from EU countries) may be allowed to pay their fees in instalments.
  7. All bank charges must be paid by the student.
  8. Tuition fees are not refundable after commencement of the course. Students who withdraw their Application before the commencement of the course will be refunded the fees paid, minus an administration fee €200, provided all original documents and receipt for the fees paid issued by the school are returned.
  9. If a student has been refused a visa to enter Ireland, the fees paid will be refunded, minus an administration fee €300, provided the following conditions are met:
    (a)The student has not entered Ireland;
    (b)The student provides the school with the original ‘Refusal Letter’ issued by the Irish Consulate;
    (c)If the student has lodged an appeal, the fee will be refunded once the student provides the school with evidence that the appeal has been dismissed;
    (d)All original documents and receipts for fees paid issued by the school have been returned to the school.
  10. If a student has obtained a visa using the school official documents and then decides not to follow the course at the school, the fees will not be refunded.
  11. The school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, if there is insufficient demand. If the course for which the application made is cancelled for whatever reason, students will be offered an alternative course or a refund of fees.
  12. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that external examination entries are submitted on time to the appropriate examination body, and that registration / examination fees for the examination body are fully paid.
  13. Overseas students on a student visa are required to attend a full-time course of a minimum of 15 hours per week (daytime study). The school is unable to provide attendance certificates to students whose attendance is less than 85%. Absence through ill health must be supported by a medical certificate.
  14. The school will not facilitate any student who is in breach of the immigration rules. If a student is required by the GNIB to leave Ireland because of non /poor attendance, or due to any breach of the law, tuition fees will not be refunded.
